Website and service terms
The website explains reference scopes. Your written proposal defines the actual implementation and service agreement.
Effective September 26, 2026. Articles, demonstrations, and reference prices help you evaluate the service. They do not replace a signed proposal or provide legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Scope and approval
Every engagement requires a fit call, written scope, and tailored proposal. Core, Connected, Advanced, and Custom are reference scopes. Supported channels, integrations, usage, locations, languages, customer responsibilities, exclusions, launch tests, and management are confirmed for the agreed workflow.
Pricing and billing
Public pricing is in USD and labeled Limited launch pricing. Launch pricing is held for 12 months unless scope or usage changes. Setup is billed 50% at signing and 50% at approved launch. Management is billed in advance; usage and overages are billed in arrears. Contracts are month-to-month with 30 days' written notice.
Launch and ongoing service
The guarantee is launch readiness against agreed test scenarios. It is not an ROI, revenue, savings, or money-back guarantee. Support requests receive same-business-day acknowledgment. Human availability, handoff coverage, and provider dependencies must be defined in the scope.
The customer owns its data, accounts, phone numbers, recordings, business content, and paid-for configuration exports. Vocetto retains reusable templates, tools, frameworks, and generalized implementation methods.
Demonstrations and customer data
Demonstrations and sample calculations are illustrative. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or real customer information to public demos. Read the privacy notice and AI call disclosure. Regulated work requires discovery and a documented readiness gate; the website makes no blanket compliance claim.
