Website privacy notice

Effective September 26, 2026. This notice covers the public website. A customer implementation requires its own agreed data handling, retention, access, and provider configuration.

Contact and booking information

The contact form collects the name, email address, optional phone number, business type, and message you submit. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work. The form sends messages through Resend to Vocetto's contact inbox. Booking uses Cal.com, which processes the details you enter into its scheduling service.

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the Turnstile form security check. Network information, including an IP address, is used for security checks and request handling. Please do not send passwords, payment details, patient records, or other sensitive customer information through the public form.

Voice demonstration

The public voice demo uses Retell to process microphone audio and the conversation. Calls may be transcribed and recorded according to the provider configuration. Please read the AI call and data disclosure before starting. Use fictional details for demonstrations.

Browser storage and service providers

The site stores your language preference in your browser. Embedded scheduling and security services can use their own storage and processing. Their notices describe their practices: Cloudflare, Cal.com, Resend, and Retell.

Retention and requests

Information can remain in the receiving inbox and provider systems after an inquiry or demonstration. The public website does not promise a fixed deletion period for those systems. Contact us before sharing information if a specific retention period or location is required.

Use the contact form to ask about access, corrections, deletion, or this notice. Include only the information needed to locate the inquiry. We will explain the applicable handling and any provider or legal limits before confirming a request is complete.
